Requested A/C service and did not receive the service. Requested an estimate, did not receive estimate. Felt rushed. Felt like service advisor was avoiding the process of dealing with my warranty company.
Always seem to cost more than anticipated when you come and pickup the vehicle. Service at desk is aways very good.

Add a couple of issues with my jeep. I wanted to see if my warranty cover them. I gave him my number. He checked everything out. He said everything is covered. We just gotta order part and will call you when it's in and just drop off the vehicle.

I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Although it did take a little while, with no loaner vehicle available - Mike was very forthright and forthcoming with all the costs and what the problems were.. i’m overall very pleased with the service and would recommend Executive Ram/Jeep to anyone buying ... Mike got my car in within 24 hours of my call after my A/C stopped working on a very hot day....he addressed everything that needed to be fixed and service the car while I was there. Absolutely the best service, from him and the mechanics that worked on my car
Got an oil change, and recall issue, taken care of in one shot. Appointment happened on time, and my wait time was less than expected. Krystle and Andrew both stopped by the waiting room to say hello as well. Very pleased.

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I initially called to schedule a diagnosis before bringing my Jeep in, so I eventually decided to just bring it in anyway. Then, while my Jeep was at the dealership over the weekend waiting for a part, I called multiple times the following Monday to check in and get an update on pickup time, and still couldn’t get an answer. After repeated attempts, I finally got someone on the line, only to be told they couldn’t even find me in the system because my Jeep was under another name.

Unable to resolve the issue. I did it at home myself. Within 24 hours of bringing car home the problem returned. After some google research and tik tok videos I found a common problem and fix; ordered a $15 part on Amazon and resolved the issue myself.

The work that needs to be done is top quality. The issue I have is getting someone to answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message in the service department. I will stop in just to make sure the recall can be completed. Sales is the complete opposite with no issues getting someone on the phone.
