I bought my brand new 2019 Ram 1500 in January 2019 from Gengras Dodge. I called them on Saturday morning, let them know that my brand new truck was making noise. The service department told me they were booked but I could bring through Express service. I got there and the mechanic was outside talking to a girl. My sales rep. Was looking for him and was dodging me. I called Executive Dodge service treated me with respect, gave me an appointment and fixed the loose rod. Plus a oil change. I will never go back Gengras. Executive Dodge is the best place to get your Dodge vehicle service. How treat a customer is the most important part of the deal. Executive Dodge gets a A++
