Ended up getting rid of my Jeep in the end but out of all the issues I had with it, and all the body shops I brought it to, Dan was the only one who called me back when he said he would and gave me the information straight up. The service was fantastic. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday night. Friday morning they called me told me exactly what was wrong. I told them that I was not able to pick it up as I was out of the state. They had no problems keeping my vehicle there. Dealership was clean and had a lot of inventory. The staff were vey courteous and accommodating. When we were picking up the Jeep we noticed no floor matts when I asked I was told they couldn’t find any. That was not the answer I wanted to hear after giving a check for $35K. That wasn’t the answer I wanted to here.

I needed a new Key fob and Mike kept me up to date as to when it would be delivered. Also had an issue with the tire sensor or the front right tire. The tires are brand new from Firestone, Mike recommended I go back to Firestone and have them address the issue instead of charging me an unnecessary bill for Wallingford Dodge to look at it. I appreciated that very much.

Requested A/C service and did not receive the service. Requested an estimate, did not receive estimate. Felt rushed. Felt like service advisor was avoiding the process of dealing with my warranty company.
Always seem to cost more than anticipated when you come and pickup the vehicle. Service at desk is aways very good.

I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I initially called to schedule a diagnosis before bringing my Jeep in, so I eventually decided to just bring it in anyway. Then, while my Jeep was at the dealership over the weekend waiting for a part, I called multiple times the following Monday to check in and get an update on pickup time, and still couldn’t get an answer. After repeated attempts, I finally got someone on the line, only to be told they couldn’t even find me in the system because my Jeep was under another name.
