THE OTHER PERSONS I MET WHEN I WAS IN THE SHOW ROOM WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE DRIVER YOU HAVE TO TAKE AND PICK UP PEOPLE IS FANTASTIC, I'VE BEEN RIDING WITH HIM FOR A LONG TIME FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP. I failed my emissions exam on Tuesday; they were able to get me in on Wednesday, diagnose the problem, give me a fair price quote, and give me a loaner vehicle (sports vehicle which was nice) as they needed to get the parts in overnight. I had the car repaired by end of next day, and I drove it 100 miles after repairs, brought it to emissions, and it passed. They check in now via text, and there were no surprises on costs or time. Felt good about the entire process!
What an amazing experience! This is the second new car purchase from Executive Dodge Jeep in Wallingford and it keeps getting better! Miranda was superb and basically did everything for me. pretty good... not the "this is the sales man I was locked into to work with type of atmosphere & I'm locked in here for endless hours"... NO WAY They work as a team- not commission directed I may have been able to get a better price elsewhere but, I liked the "no racket" idea that they promote. I wanted in and out no frills & I got it in a day. They were very attentive to me. On point on schedule. I never had to call them once for an update. Also, I dealt w/ many other dealers locally. the worst: An Ansonia one ...Patrick ( I'm almost 100 % on the name) COCKY ARROGENT...never any followup. Executive were prompt on follow up. so,good by...next day executive Wallingford got my sale. $40,000 wanted to rub him an email but...picked a higher road. But, to be fair I think it was Marc (from ansonia i'm almost very sure but, cant talk down on here) that responded to me without arrogance ...very nice so I must mention that. Branford dealership and Mass dealer were all over me too...great updates etc even weeks later, . But, I thought by the advertisements that Fitzpatricks tried to promote "we will beat all prices" I will start there. Sometimes you should skip the arrogant coupon type sale.
Awesome place to go I read reviews and that was what draw me to come here . Great customer service and the explain everything with no hassle.
