I had brought my car into another shop because it was turning off while driving it. Even though the car demonstrated the issue while it was in their care, I realized the next day that after paying $600 the issue was not fixed. When I brought it to the dealership they were able to diagnose the issue within an hour of having it, and had it fixed within about 3 hours( which included going to get a necessary part). I got my car back not only fixed for less than I paid the last shop, but with a complimentary vacuum, and oil ...

Overall, had a great car buying experience. Finally purchased a vehicle that I’ve always wanted. Although the electric part of the vehicle is still something to be imagined and flushed out for Jeep, I am still overall satisfied with my experience and my vehicle purchase I will say. I had a great experience at the dealership with my sales representative Mark, Finance manager Dexter, and the sales manager Dennis. Great group of people and overall customer service.

Very professional operation with attention to detail. I got the car I wanted with very little hassle. For improvement I suggest you allow customers to pay by personal check rather than bank check. I was happy to wait for check to clear but the only option was bank check.
