Megan is a consummate professional and truly understands customer service. She relates to me in a way that is relaxed and genuine - no fake smiles or corny jokes, no sales pitches, no condescension. She gave me the choice of waiting for my car or, if I dropped it off, telling her when I’d like to pick it up. The person who originally made my appointment did not do this. She made the whole process painless, while taking the time to see that the work was done to my liking and to my understanding. She answered my questions simply and sincerely. Why can’t all service writers do it the way Megan does?
