I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in
I went to the dealership to check on a tapping noise in my ram 1500. Executive found that there were metal pieces in the oil filter. been grinding of the Bearings meant that the engine was bad. Even though the truck was only seven years old with 80,000 miles on it. Chrysler /Ram replacement would cost me $14,000. Although it did take a little while, with no loaner vehicle available - Mike was very forthright and forthcoming with all the costs and what the problems were.. i’m overall very pleased with the service and would recommend Executive Ram/Jeep to anyone buying a vehicle or getting one repaired.

Took forever to get an answer when my part would come in
Took forever to get an answer when my part would come in they told me to call the other Dodge about my approval that they know nothing about the other Dodge said that I am approved. Not sure why they're telling you to call us. Then I was told on two occasions my car would be ready in the next three or four days then it ended up being three weeks later The day before my car was done. They told me I need a radiator. I took it to my personal mechanic that told me I need more than a radiator. I also needed a condenser the first day I dropped off my car. They also told me they would do a diagnostics test to see if there's anything else that needs to be fixed that I might want to fix Right before my car was to be ready. I asked about it and they said that there would have to be a charge for that and they have no idea who I talk to. I was also told from the Machanic that the amount they put on for the radiator was loose. They showed me pictures Because my radiator was hanging out from the bottom when I had the car towed over.

Dealership was clean and had a lot of inventory. The staff were vey courteous and accommodating. When we were picking up the Jeep we noticed no floor matts when I asked I was told they couldn’t find any. That was not the answer I wanted to hear after giving a check for $35K. That wasn’t the answer I wanted to here.
