Vehicle Service Contracts
Coverage Definitions
- TotalCare®: (Exclusionary Coverage) Covers all components and parts except those listed in the “what is Not Covered” section (Section E.) of the contracts.
- StatedCare: Covers items specifically listed in the StatedCare, PrimaryCare and PowerCare (includes Items 1-14 on the VSC), subject to the “What is Not Covered” exclusions in the Terms and Conditions.
- PrimaryCare: Covers items specifically listed in the PrimaryCare and Powercar Coverage sections (includes Items 1-10 on the VSC), subject to the “What is Not Covered” exclusions in the Terms and Conditions.
- PowerCare: Covers items specifically listed in the Powercar Coverage sections (includes Items 1-5 on the VSC), subject to the “What is Not Covered” exclusions in the Terms and Conditions.
GAP Coverage
alleviates the financial impact caused by negative equity when a covered vehicle is deemed
a total loss, either as a result of an accident or theft. In the event of a total loss, GAP covers the difference between the actual cash value (usually the primary insurance settlement) and the unpaid net balance of the original finance agreement.
Program Options
- GAP Gold – covers up to 150% MSRP/NADA value
- GAP Gold Advantage – Gold coverage plus $1,000 vehicle purchase credit at the selling dealership
- GAP Blue – covers up to 120% MSRP/NADA value
- Commercial GAP – Gold coverage for commercial uses typically excluded by GAP (construction, livery, farming, hauling & more, for vehicles up to 37k GVW)
Program Features
- Available with finance and balloon agreements up to 84 months
- Covers up to $1,000 of the primary insurance deductible when a total loss results in a loan deficiency
- Waives the difference between the actual cash value and the unpaid net balance, up to $50,000
- Available only at the time of vehicle sale
Consumer Benefits
- Protects against the financial impact of negative equity in the event of a total loss, including the primary insurance deductible, up to $1,000
- Provides peace of mind for consumers with low/no down payment or negative trade-in
Program Exclusions
- Excludes vehicles with salvage titles and those used for purposes excluded by the GAP Waiver Addendum
- Excludes total loss caused by fraudulent or grossly negligent behavior
- GAP Blue not available on vehicles with MSRP/NADA over $100k

Paint Scratch Repair
Covers repair for paint scuffs, scratches and scrapes up to six inches in diameter.
Fabric Repair
Unlimited repairs to vehicle’s upholstery, seats and carpet due to cuts, rips and tears up to two inches in diameter.
Windshield Repair
Repair of front windshield chips and cracks up to two inches in diameter.

Road Hazard Tire & Wheel
Repair or replacement of tires and/or wheels that are damaged due to road hazards on public roadways.
Cosmetic Wheel Repair

A single toll-free call dispatches emergency assistance, and/or provides emergency towing, battery jumpstart, fuel delivery and flat tire service.
KeyCare
KeyCare covers the cost to replace damaged or lost keys to covered vehicle as well other related expenses
such as home and vehicle lockout assistance, towing, alternative transportation, and replacement of other lost keys on the keyring.
Program Options
- 1 year customer giveaway (must be offered on every vehicle)
- 2-5 year F&I program (available as stand alone or as upgrade on giveaway)
Consumer Benefits
- Eliminates unexpected and often costly expenses related to replacement of keys, home/vehicle lockout, emergency transportation and more
- Helps maximize future trade-in value by covering replacement of lost keys
- Avoid future lease turn-in charges for lost keys
Program Exclusions
- Commercial and other vehicles listed as ineligible in the vehicle pricing guide
- Vehicles without two working, programmable keys available at the time of sale
Program Features
- Available on new and used vehicles (when two programmable keys are provided)
- Replacement of lost, damaged, or stolen keys, up to $750 per occurrence
- Replacement of additional non-programmable keys lost on the key ring (such as home, boat, lock box, RV, etc.), up to $200 per occurrence
- Vehicle and home lockout assistance up to $85 per occurrence (limited to three house key replace- ments per contract)
- Towing (up to $100), taxi (up to $50) and/or loaner/ rental (up to $50) when unable to access or operate the vehicle due to lost or damaged keys
- Trip interruption reimbursement, up to $200 per day
