When we were picking up the Jeep we noticed no floor matts when I asked I was told they couldn’t find any. That was not the answer I wanted to hear after giving a check for $35K. That wasn’t the answer I wanted to here.

Pay for a Carfax report and don't trust them to be honest when asked about a vehicle's accident history. They use Experian Autocheck which looked pristine when I sat down and discussed it with them. After telltale signs that pointed to collisions, I brought it to their attention and nothing was done. I pulled a Carfax at my own cost and found out the vehicle had been in two different accidents, one minor and one moderate and they lied to my face.
